Sorry your right you have posted as a thread in the seed swap, I think generally if you go into the virtual seed parcel I think its called you can see whats available and contact Veggiechicken to sort the swaps. I've pm'd you it should show up as a notification.

If you look back to last week, I started a thread 'is this Comfrey? Cos there may or may not be some growing outside of our plots! So I have picked some leaves and put in bucket with water, and am awaiting for 'the smell' .

Think you can also make nettle tea ? If you some growing?

Hi Anita. I'm concerned that you may have been upset by someone so have backtracked through your posts to see what happened. I'm assuming it was this thread http://www.growfruitandveg.co.uk/gra...rey_64384.html Also that you think that Chris's post was aimed at you. It wasn't - he was referring to nikstar who has only made 2 posts and in both of them he was asking for comfrey!!
Have another read of the thread and see if that makes sense and puts your mind at rest.

There are no comfrey seeds in the VSP. Bocking 14 is the type you need and that is grown from root cuttings as it is sterile.

Hmm I wonder what my comfrey is then?! I'll have to show you all a picture when it's in bloom. Mind you it's good stuff. I cut it back three times last year and it regrew and regrew. You couldn't hear yourself think for the noise of the bees appreciating it! They loved it, and, well, if it takes over and makes the bees happy, who am I to complain? I grew it for them anyway Darcy, hope your cats are ok? poor things ;0 lol
