That was brilliant Bacchus. Love the hight of your raised beds. Will be stealing that idea for future projects . You can never have to many pots .

I really didn't have any option for those beds as the ground is just pure rock there. If you look behind the section showing the jongaberry bush you'll see a great big pile of stones which are the remnants of what was dug out with a rock breaker when we were leveling the site for building our house.

The poly tunnel is concreted into the ground where the supporting pipes are - hence the sections where the pots are stored. I really didn't want it ending it up in the field opposite on a stormy night I couldn't just bury the polythene (too rocky) so I used the batton it down method

Where the fruit trees are is fine - lots of soil there - and I've left quite a wide strip with nothing planted in it to have a large central bed using the no dig method when I get enough compost built up. I suspect I'll end up doing it in stages.

They were sown 14th Jan - it was a gamble.
I have 2 more plants that I'm umming and aahing about planting outside but the forecast coldsnap makes it a bit risky.

Is it to early to put my 6" tomato plants in my greenhouse?

Most would say you should still bring them in at night if the forecast is for below 10 degrees. I have left mine overnight for the last couple of nights but likely I’ll need to bring in later in the week.
