anyone ever use 3 layer of bubble wrap ??

Im thinking of using 3 layers of bubble wrap this winter ... We get to about -3 cel ... And heating it using a compost heater ... (water under ground and fans circulating the air ) ... Kinda like jean pain did ... Have heaps of corn stalks and got 9 months worth of green waste 3 garden services have been dropping off daily .. Fills about 2 acre ... Anyone ever attempt such a thing ?

It's the old catch 22 of insulating for heat or let light in.
3 layers of bubble wrap would block out a lot of light.
