I'm having a debate with myself (and my better half) whether I use this as an opportunity to construct a larger one. This was 20ft by 10 and ideally I would like one 15ft square and taller. However, I think this year it will be a netted cover and I'll rely on the greenhouses to grow tomatoes.

I've netted a couple of those cheap green PTs whe the covers went. One has cherry trees and strawberries in it to keep the birds off.
If you have the room to leave yours in situ and put another one up - do it!!

This is my old 6x8 un heated GH.

Herbs +++, a few flowers, over winter lettuce that is ready to eat and a blowaway with the chillis and aubergines in for added protection.

          Currently no room for me

            Hello all,

Do you think i'm best putting the staging on the other side or leave that space free for the grow pots as they are now. I think the sun will come in more on the right side.

            https://ibb.co/DtxX8FV
Onions at the back have sprouted and the random tray on right i think caulifalower and herbs ha

            https://ibb.co/fSk66g5
Broccoli, calabrese (in prop) and sweet corn and kale all put on staging outside and 1 covered with prop lid and both fleece at night.

Saying that last night was really hard frost, seemed okay this morning when i took lid and blanket off.

Also sown another couple trays, one of spinach and one of radish, calabrese and parsnip.
Will leave these under blanker and hopefully they do their thing.

It's all down to what you are planning on growing, I don't have any staging in my greenhouse as I grow in the border soil and need the height for my crops.

As much as possible i have 16 pots for the growers which, i am going to fill with toms, cucumbers, chilli and peppers. So all high stuff i think. i was going to have from right to left row of 8 next to window, row 8 in middle then staging on left, and have melons on the staging.

Or would i be best putting a couple of the growers outside and putting few of more hardy cucmbers and toms in them to free up space in GH.

My hanging strawberries are all potted up for this season and my watering system set up. Originally I wanted to plant in 6”gutters but with the lockdown pots will have to do.

Won’t let me add photos but on the top right I have beetroot growing. Top left I have my potted on brussel sprouts, cauliflower and cabbage plants. On the left I have some winter cabbage 2 of which I picked yesterday to have with some ham and it was deliciously green.

Things are moving along, the experiments growing early carrots and peas seems to be working, with overnight temps slowly climbing I've got some French beans in the blowaway inside the glass house, most of them will stay in there planted under the tomatoes, they will be finished by the time the tommies are cropping. There will be beans outside as well for later crops, we had our first House Martin flying over the garden, hope that's a sign the weather will get warmer.
The picture won't load as the forums broken....again.
