Thanks all for taking the time. Think it's sorted out now. Greenhouse will be going in the yellow area. I had read that early morning sun was important and that was what started all this indecision. At least it will get a few hours of decent afternoon sun. If we ever get any!

Yep I reckon you're doing the right thing

It shouldn't matter too much being close to a North ish side fence either. In fact you might be able to take advantage of it by painting the fence a light colour and reflecting some of the light back into the greenhouse. I've painted a shed that's near my greenhouse light blue. As i didn't really want a white shed blue is a colour plants can use. Avoid greens
