I've just bought a polycarb 7 x 12 foot greenhouse for a little over £400 delivered. It's a bit more than I'd budgeted on but the 'house is a lot bigger than I was hoping for!
The one I had this year was a plastic one about half the size and even in my first year of 'proper' growing was full to bursting.
So, please remind me that:
a) a greenhouse pays for itself in the end, with all that lovely veg and cut flowers
and
b) it's ok to spend money on yourself sometimes
