Has anyone built their own greenhouse?

OH is thinking about building me a wood/polycarbonate one as our glass one is not big enough and some panes are broken, the door doesn't fit etc etc.

I was just wondering what other grapes have found to be successful or not as the case may be!

Any design/ material suggestions greatefully recieved.

I have just built one from Greenhouse Direct. It is big granted and it took four of us 11 hours to built and we fairly much knew what we were doing. It wasn't difficult, there was just a lot to do.
