I can recommend Bernard Salt's book on polytunnel growing as a good starting point I have to grow pretty well eveything in my tunnel
......... carrots, sweetcorn, all salads, broad beans, french beans, runner beans, peas, leeks, courgetttes, cucumber, garlic, squash, salad onions, ordinary onions, herbs, tomatoes, strawberries and the odd flower or two (clematis and companion plants) .........
all in all its quite full! I would grow more if I had a longer growing season, but I don't get started here until late April. Good luck and let us know what you decide to grow.
