My neighbour has replaced his old glazed greenhouse with a nice new one with ploycarb panels held in with traditional wire clips as used with glass. Whenever it gets windy the panels get blown out and in the last week's storms some have even reached reached other gardens. There must be a better wya to secure. Any suggestions ?

The prob with Poly is it bends in the wind and pops the clips. I would run a bead of No More Nails round then put the sheets in then the clips.

Having had to replace a pane that had been glued all the way round I wouldnt advise it, what I would suggest is that you use some bathroom or outdoor sealant and put a couple of blobs on each side of the pane either on the inside or the outside of the greenhouse this will stop the panes from blowing out but will also make it easy to replace them if they ever need changing.
