  • Greenhouse anchoring

Have just got myself a second hand (6'x4') greenhouse from a friend. (Picture is before I dismantled!) There were 4 metal brackets that held the four corners together and were anchored into concrete. I've managed to salvage 2 bent up metal brackets and cut/drilled them into 4 corner bits, but now I have no anchoring to the ground. The greenhouse is going on top of paving slabs and I'm not sure a few breeze blocks resting/tied on the base would be sufficient. Any advice on what I could do to anchor it properly? I think the paving slabs do lift up fairly easily, but then I'd need to get some more brackets that were long enough to go into the ground, and work out how to do concrete, etc.

    Any thoughts?

    Many thanks.

Just get some angle brackets from wickes or focus or any hardware store fasten them to the greenhouse with screwws or nut and bolt and anchor it straight to the flags using wall plugs and screws.

    Hope this helps
