Hi There

Have bought an 8 x 6 Billyoh Rosette Greenhouse...Totally stuck on fixing the polycarbonate glazing in the door.....Instructions would have been better left in chinese for all the help they are

have seen these thanks...unfortunatly they dont actually show you how the glazing fits...it seems to be too big...unless im thinking chinese like the instructions...

Hi markwcel, I'm having exactly the same problem with glazing the door - did you get yours sorted? If so, what was the solution?

solution is dont follow the instructions on the sheet ... look at the way the door is assembled on the web site for getting it right way round..fit the top bar and screw in loosely..then squeeze a glazing sheet in and work your way down..i dont think the glazing is quite the right size mind has bowed a bit on a couple of sheets but seems to be working its way in... fitting the door took some working out...slide the rail right across "to the left on mine" then slide the runners in and slide the rail back... have u figured out how to lock down the opening window... hope this helps...ready to put the tomatoes in this weekend

..Just found this post....I presume by now you've discovered you have to cut about half inch off each panel!

actually they would have fit better with slighty less than half inch off...might do it when i rebuild the greenhouse this spring which blew down in the gales...

need to build some shelter for it first

mark - I erected a 8x6 billyoh last Spring that a friend had bought. It was intellectualy challenging to say the least! Somewhere here on the interweb there's a forum full of suggestions. The one's I adopted were to drill holes in the uprights and run wires along each side, half way up, to fence in the polycarbonate panels; and also to smear all the clips with clear bath sealant. It has just about made it through the winter but it really is a flimsy structure compared to my glasshouse....

good luck with re-assembling, that must be a harder job than doing it from scratch

Hi All. I`m back looking for ideas to keep the polycarbonate pannels secured in my BillyOh rosette greenhouse . I had drilled holes in the frame and screwed them down top and bottom ,but that recent gale blew the door off and one of the panels plus clips from others.i don`t want to take the look of it ( Although the faded colour of a nice green to nearly blue has done just that).

I f anyone is interested I found a simple way to secure the windows closed made out of a small L shaped aluminuim bracket.

Also here is a link to a site with a PDF file showing clear instructions on how to erect a greenhouse that looks very like the BillOh. it shows the little bracket to close the window with.
