Ventilation question

I only have one opening window in my greenhouse, so when it was sunny and the temperature rose I would open both the window and the door to ventilate. I've now bought an automatic window opener (brilliant) and of course the weathers rubbish and not warm enough to open the window on its own, but obviously still needs ventilation. I have opened the greenhouse door but is this enough?

I would have thought that unless you you have gone round and stuck every pane of glass together with silicon the wind would still blow though your greenhouse though the small gaps in the joints, its really the build up of heat that will cause the most problems rather than the door being shut on a miserable day.
