I have my tunnel sited doors east and west, to gain max sunshine. However, my site is very exposed and very rarely can I open both sets of double doors fully as the wind would not only fly through, but would dry up the ground too quickly.

I can ditto everything SR says! I'm east to west, exposed site, but normally only have one door open. The other door has netting on the top half of the door, so I get a sort of air flow.~
