Propagator bench now set up with clean sand. Once the seeds are up and in the beds and big pots this heated bench is used for aubergines.

Season of ups and downs. Flowers on aubergines and 25mm tomatoes but serial damping off of cucumber and melon seedlings - and I know what it is and how to minimise risk.

quanglewangle 25mm tomatoes - I'm in awe. Have you tried cinnamon powder for damping off Q? Never used it myself, only read about it.

Not exactly 'From the door' but thought I would share our ancient (and free) greenhouse, our shamefully untidy (natural, wild) utility garden (read parking space), and manure factory.
