  • What's happened to Greenhouse Sensation (quadgrows etc)

I needed some replacement floats for my quadgrows for the coming season, but the Greenhouse Sensation website isn't selling anything, and hasnt been for weeks.

This is the message "Unfortunately, we cannot process any orders at the moment. We will be back online as soon as we can. Apologies for any inconvenience".

Out of business ? Anyone know? I do hope not, their greenhouse equipment is excellent.

They appear to have gone into administration.

I’ve never used them, but that’s such a shame- particularly as they had glowing reviews over the years.

Insolvent as of 1 December. Thanks mothhawk. That's a real shame though. Yet another British firm bites the dust.

I just found this out today - Nut Systems was founded by John Molyneux in 1976.
Greenhouse Sensations was established by the late botanist John Molyneux.

I took a screenshot from nut systems Facebook page posted December, maybe Global Air Supplies might have the products somebody needs, they show the nut system, drip irrigation system looks same as a quadgrow.

It's a shame if they have gone insolvent.

I have some ancient quadgrows, an ancient heated propagator, and a recent cuttings propagator

Maybe their problem was that their stuff lasted so long.

They sent me a replacement ball valve for my quadgrow. Mine sat in a small tank and I had to enlarge the hole to fit it.

Have a look at this. It looks like the one they sent me. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Auto-Water-...zcF9tdGY&psc=1

Just search for small ballcocks. I'm sure they were sourcing from a third party.

Thanks DannyK, I found a replacement easily enough. Hopefully I can find other replacements as I need them, as the system makes growing tomatoes very simple. Such a shame though.
