  • Pressure regulation

I have a new ESOW water timer which has a brass attachment screw for the tap (use 3-4 washers and it fits nicely. (the old one was plastic and split)

In the polytunnel I have a "Y" piece which splits the water between a drip feed for strawberries and a soaker hose. Question is how do I keep the pressure up for the drip feed, at present the soaker hose lowers the pressure too much.

No real idea, Eoghan, but I see no-one else has replied yet, so...

Are you able to restrict the opening to the soaker hose in some way so that water will take the easiest path and down the drip feed?

I would look for an inline splitter with control valves, then it's a matter of getting controlling the flow as required as for the angry face I have no idea how that appeared and unfortunately I can't delete
