Supporting toms

Wow, what a lot of useful tips. Looking into the (not too distant - I hope) future, I shall know what to do with my toms that have germinated this morning.

Last year I used canes, but I found the difficulty was putting a long cane into the border when you haven't got enough room overhead.
I don't want to hang up that much weight from the greenhouse, so strings are out, I think some Heath Robinson type structure made from canes is going to be used this year.
