    The stakes are approximately 1 meter (3feet) apart but could probably cope with being a bit further.

      Hi, I got all the raw materials to build one this weekend. Btw did you have gusty winds? If so how did your structure do in this weather last week?

        the structure was fine in those crazy winds. you have to push the support canes in quite deep so that it doesn't rock. keep testing and fine tuning it.

        post some pics when you're done

          One last question, what did u do to the eyelets/ Did u have to stictch them up to close the holes or left it as it is?

                Have a look on ebay, listed as debris netting....various colours and lengths!!

                    Oh finally, I’ve found it. Well I maybe a bit late saw this web address on another thread Scaffolding Direct. They sell the net as well.

                      We use short lengths of hose pipe to join canes together for a simple frame, but I like the tennis ball idea.
