Cloches

Hi All,
Can I use used Milk cans for cloches? Since they are not clear, I was wondering if they would be any good?

Hi,

Suspect not, due to their cloudy nature.

Although you can use them as planters if you cut the bottom off, grab a load of them and put a piece of wood through the handles. I saw a website somewhere where a guy was doing this.

they are ok for keeping things covered at night but they don't do as well as clear ones..... so need taking off in daytime when its sunny
