Hi I have some iceberg lettuce in pots in my plastic greenhouse - I bought them as plants in Wyevale but they are "floppy" and as soon at the leaves are touching the soil they are rotting - any advice?
They don't mind the wet but they don't like being too warm. I start off my seeds in the cold greenhouse in early spring but by now I'm just sowing in pots outside.
Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.
If the leaves are rotting then remove otherwise leave as they are. No probs with the questions, I ask enough myself and it's raining here so I can't get outside anyway!
