Greenhouse edibles

This is my first summer with a greenhouse and I have planted many edibles in small starter pots. I have got the dwarf beans off to a good start and have recently potted them on successfully. I have also got some leeks growing in small starter pots which are growing well, they are around 2 inches all and very thin and I am wondering what to do with them now, obviously they will need moving but im not sure how to if indeed I should have started them off in pots. All advice will be greatly appreciated.
