      I don't think it is worth the time or the stress it has caused me.
      you lot seem to have a totally different agenda, maybe.
      my gardening has made a big difference to my recovery.
      I will stay in the background again.

          Hi Daisy,as others have said,nothing personal was meant at all,we just wondered what your post was about,but you have now explained,am so sorry you took things the wrong way,they were certaintly NOT meant to cause you any distress,and the answer to something you said about others not doing a tunnel,several of us has ,i will post a pic of mine at the end,and the grow house out of pallets and reclaimed double glazing,we are a very friendly lot on here,if given the chance,sounds to me like a few crossed wires,and hopefully they are now straight again,sorry to hear you have been unwell,it is is good theropy on here,if you want it to be so lets all start again please,you do not have to come in and speak every day,and if you choose only to ask questions,the choice is yours,so please look in and join in,your choice only

However from personal experience I find that being in the outdoors doing simple manual tasks is brilliant for my mental health and I can tell my stress levels rising when I can't get out much during winter. Therapy that provides something I can eat, what a perfect marriage

            Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

            Which one are you and is it how you want to be?
