  • Plastic greenhouse ventilation

    Hi Everyone...

Is there a way to increase ventilation in a plastic greenhouse while stopping the rain getting in? I've got tomatoes - but there's too much condensation.

    The g/h is about 1.5m x 1.5m - bit like a glorified Wendy House.

    Regards

      Plastic greenhouse ventilation

With all of mine, the door is "up" during the day and during night or particularly foul weather, I drop the doors back down and only zip up one side.

        Thanks for your replies.

I was thinking of modifying it in some way - nothing fantastic - maybe inserting a piece of insect mesh inside the front door - stitching or taping it in - so when you roll up the 'door' you get a bit more protection against sudden 8 hour blasts of British cold air...rain...etc. A bit like the way a bug screen works. Maybe also lining it to retain heat?

The basic construction is all there - has anyone modified it at all?
