I am buying a greenhouse

I dont know if it helps but I just bought a second hand Gardman 8x6 for £50. This included all the slabs to lay it on and a water butt, also 2 aluminium tables, loads of pots and one of those big trays for potting over. I also have a 15 month old and the thought of him going head first through the glass then all the other glass above sliding down gave me nightmares. I therefore purchased the polycarb pack and replaced the glass. I bought it from here The Online Gardener - Gardman 8ft by 6ft Aluminium Greenhouse with Base and Glazing the communication and service were excellent.

Maybe ask around or look on those for sale boards in your local supermarket - the link above is a good price as well.

I bought mine from the greenhouse people, it was more expensive than some as it has toughened glass, but the service was great, they did a deal and the quality of the greenhouse was great, i would recommend them to anyone who wats to purchase a greenhouse that lasts.

Bought a greenhouse from Focus in 2006 8 ft by 6 ft it was about 120 quid with out the base, the base was priced at 40 pounds if i remember . But alas i think the price has doubled in that short time period, I now have my late fathers greenhouse which is the same make ,model and size. I have butted the two end to end with the centre glass removed and the door at one end for entry. It looks very good. The products are of good quality.

We did a lot of research recently with a friend and this one was in our view the best for price and quality. I've had this in green for 2 years and am happy enough with it that I have just bought the 6x8 silver one shown here for £289.95.
