Well sort of 'my' greenhouse!
'When i was a lad' We used to steam the soil in the nursery greenhouses where I worked, this work would continue for over a month, working shifts 7 am to 7 pm and 7 pm to 7am.
The soil would steam for about 3 hours, and to prepare the next rows for steaming would take about 3/4 of an hour, so we had time for a little 'snooze'.
