    I don't have a heated propagator. I don't think they are necessary and they have been directly involved in the death of many a seedling from overheating, legginess, etc.
    Poly bag - and take it off the minute the first seedlings how through. As Two Sheds says, it's warm enough now anyway.
    Whoever plants a garden believes in the future.

      I almost bought a heated propagator before I sowed my sweetcorn and chillie seeds. I was a bit concerned that they needed more heat than our house could give them. Glad I didn't now, as I just put glass over them or put them in food bags and they've all popped up )
