Will be another month before I plant the toms out and have only just sown my cucs. Am thinking of putting some hanging basket toms in the greenhouse but can always resuce them if need be.
Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.
Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

I sowed my cukes last week in 3" pots in the tunnel, and today the first of them has appeared. It is still cold up here at night so all my seedlings in the tunnel are covered with fleece,
As for tomatoes - I have about 400 in 3" pots in the tunnel (not all for me - most will be going to the local GC) and these too are covered with fleece at night.
I haven't planted them out yet but will start within the next fortnight - or as soon as the current cold snap dissapears (maybe by August )Rat

My cuc seedlings went out into unheated poly about a week after germination. No space in house really so had to take a chance. So far so good. Not much growth but no damage either. Toms are at my lotty buddies attic, although I have had to put all seedlings in poly now. Its a 50/50 really, hope a lack of molly coddling will create tough plants
