  • Cucumber seedling

    Can anyone advise on a cucumber seedling problem: it's in the greenhouse and the leaves are turning white.

    I've attached a picture ( the leaves on the ground around it are comfrey)

    It looks like the plants are having too strong a feed for such a young plant, maybe it is from the soil.
    It could sort itself out. If the soil is dryish a good watering might help, just be careful with cucumbers not to over water though.

      Mine were like this in the greenhouse, i reduced the amount i was watering and trimed of the yellow leaves. All seems to be fine now

        Mine did this also...almost bleached-looking and parched - I thought it was sun scorch... the plants seem to have recovered...the new leaves look very green and are climbing everywhere now.
