Here's to the Polytunnel, that has been in the hallway since last Nov! I'm kinda hoping that the wall at the back of the plot, will provide some shelter, from the winds!

We, well my OH dug a trench a foot deep, and put the skirting down, and covered with soil and rubble. He has still to put the stakes in, which should make it firmer.

I personally wouldn't leave this type of tunnel up over winter - I at least take the covers off mine and even then the covers seem to last about 2 years before degrading in the sunlight - I've double covered one of my blowaways with pollytunnel plastic held down with concrete blocks just to keep the rain (which will eventually come!) from drenching the toms cus and peppers inside.Jiving on down to the beach to see the blue and the gray, seems to be all and it's rosy-it's a beautiful day!
