I have grown tomatoes in my Dad's greenhouse for several years with no problems. It is a home made greenhouse and very old so there are gaps here and there but overall it's ok. This year, however, I have very few tomatoes. I have ten plants, 6 Ailsa Craig and 4 cherry tomatoes (not sure what variety)growing in the soil, the plants look healthy, flowered as usual but no tomatoes. One plant (Ailsa Craig) has three and one of the cherries has two but otherwise none. I wondered was it that they didn't get pollinated. I kept them indoors a good while as the weather was very cold but several trusses grew after they went into the greenhouse. I have an outdoor hanging basket in my own garden with Tumbling Tom and it is laden down with fruit.

What is confusing is that your outdoor one is ok. But my initial thoughts if the plants are pretty healthy is that when fruit is forming and trying to set in low temperature, and light conditions, then they will not all set.
The higher trusses should be ok.
