green house clean up

hi every body bit of a new commer my name is dave im looking for some help this year i grew toms in my green house for the secound time running on the left side onthe right side this year my brouther brought some chickens as a xams present for his wife so over xams i kept them for him as he was a way on holiday for two weeks i put the chicks in the green house by day the point im making is my tomatos got a desease this year im not say it was the chicks but now i need to clean my green house hopefuly to get ride of desease the base of my green house is soil next year im going to rest it and use grow bags what would you recommend to clean my green house with jeys or some thing stronger

I think the main thing is to work out what the actual problem was.

imanaged to get some of the toms but the stems near the top strated to grey / black then the toms stpped growing but having said that i grow some seeds tom in the green house for out side to and they went the same way
