It seems such a simple idea Nicos that I was thinking about doing it myself
Scarecrow: Come along, Dorothy. You don't want any of *those* apples.
Apple Tree: Are you hinting my apples aren't what they ought to be?
Scarecrow: Oh, no. It's just that she doesn't like little green worms!

I have a blow-away in mine with a light-bulb at the bottom (new-style energy efficient light bulbs no good for this job!)

I'd just like to add my pennies worth to this.

I've tried big rocks/bricks that heat up during the day and I've also tried lots and lots of bottles full of water, neither tbh made much difference, some, but not enough to keep the GH above freezing.

And believe me I tried lots of rocks and bricks and bottles, the GH was full of them.

The only thing that works and is cheap on a GH sized area is a big candle under a big flower pot.
There are various variations of the principle, I think another flower pot on top the right way up would help, as would other pots also upside down on top of the bottom one, but separated by metal somethings.

I'm sure we did a thread on this last year.

Please ignore everything I say, I make it up as I go along, not only do I generally not believe what I write, I never remember it either.
