Anyone use Mylar sheeting?

Has anybody used Mylar sheeting? Considering getting some to put on some fencing behind my greenhouse and maybe beds. Does it give enough benefit for the cost/effort?

Also could it be used inside a greenhouse on the north face to reflect the light around more?
