Anyone want a 6ft x 8ft (not an 8 x 6) greenhouse. I've just been told of one that is surplus to requirements in Nuneaton. If you're interested PM me and I'll find out more info for you

I remember your advice Nick when I got my 6' x 8' - you said it wouldnt be big enough and yes, you were right - but by gum! your latest sounds really big - are you thinking of becoming a one man gardening company? LOL Benrie aka DexterdogBernie aka DDL

Hi DDL,
Not a one man but maybe a two man My friend uses part of my lottie for some of the longer standing crops (mainly Spuds & Leeks) and so this will double as a large coldframe this time of year plus a few earlier/later crops as well also it gives me somewhere else to sit when I'm up the lottie
As to greenhouses - if you had got a 12 x 8 it still wouldn't be big enough .... trust me I've got 1!

OK Piglet,
I'll do that specially as I know where your lottie site is now (went past it last night en-route to daughters but it was late so I didn't call in)
I saw a frame for sale today 18'x64' but couldn't stop and ask how much - bit to big for the plot unfortunatelyLast edited by nick the grief; 29-03-2007, 07:02 PM.

Nick, PW's polytunnel is amazing!!! When Mr D and I got a look we were both completely blown away with it, really think we want to get one ourselves at some stage, tho I think we'll probably wait a while yet before we decide! Trust me tho, when you see it you'll want one just like it, so tall its almost cathedral like inside, loads of space, a great growing area!Blessings
