  • Greenhouse Project

    Hi All

Just thought I would let you see my attempt at building my own Greenhouse on a budget...sort of...most of the materials used have been given to me or freecycled.

    Bricks...Freecycle

Timber...Given to me by a Neighbour

Sand and Cement...Given to me by a Neighbour

    Screws...Nails...Glue...I had anyway

    My time and labour...No cost

    Another busy day tomorrow..!!!

I have attached some pics for all to see...comments would be nice...

Are you a brickie? That's excellent brick laying. I'm looking to go on a bricklaying course soon -hope I can do something like yours at the end of the day!

All for nothing too - great job.

Bleddy hell, that's brilliant, and nearly all for free. You should be very proud it looks fantastic.

Well done braders! Your bricklaying looks a lot better than mine. Sometimes necessity is the Mother of invention.
I remember once building a brick support wall for an octagonal conservatory but sold the house before I'd had enough time to scrounge the woodwork and glass!

I'd be happy if I'd paid for a greenhouse like that. If I'd had it free I would be ecstatic. Well done! Long Live Freecycle and Recycling.
