at the weekend i finished off the area at the back of the greenhouse which is for growing tomatos the ring culture method , the week before i built a two brick high retaining wall and this weekend i laid some old carpet in so nothing sharp can puncture the poly sheeting i then fitted the poly sheeting which i doubled up on for good measure , then i filled with 10 bags of pea gravel which i washed first . its still a bit short of gravel so i will had another 5 bags once ive washed it

I am wondering though if it would be better to paint your low walls with black paint?
That way they would absorb heat during the day. And give it off during the night
It Should work well with all the double glazed windows your using
