  • Babmboo cloches

Has any one used bamboo cloches? Are they helpful to harden off seedlings when I plant them out? I just really like the look of them instead of plastic ones. Plus I saw in a book that larger ones were used to support beans which I thought a great idea but with peas and sweet peas instead...

Any experience/ tips are very welcome!!

I'd not heard of bamboo cloches so I've had a look on google and you're right they do look good.

Even found a link were someone uses door mats as a cloche.

I've got some and they are brilliant. You can pack them with fleece too. Don't know how they work, being holey, but they do!
