I see the Bayliss ones are £17 or so on Amazon. I've had 4 of them, on different greenhouses and they've been fine - no problems. You may need a couple of them in your HUGE greenhouse!

Now where have I heard that before?
Ventilation is important in a GH, they can get VERY hot in the summer. I saw your spinning vent thing in your photo - I've no idea what that is supposed to do!! Will you be able to leave the door open in summer? Cats being one problem I can think of. I use a baby stairgate to keep my dogs out and netting across the door against the cats and birds - although they still go in through the window.

I bought the cheapest I could find and it works fine; there's not much to go wrong with them. I also recommend getting a side vent opener. I have one that opens at the bottom of the greenhouse which gives good air flow.

VC is correct and you will need two in a greenhouse that size. I have a 10x8 and have two in. Still not enough on very hot days.

My greenhouses have had 2 opening roof lights as standard - even the smallest 6x8. On one greenhouse, I swapped one of the bottom panes of glass for a louvre window which is also opened automatically with one of those gadgets. I don't know whether you can buy another roof window or not - or acquire one from a Freecycle type greenhouse. Not much help, am I - especially as you are worried now! At worst, you could take out one of the top side window panes during the summer!

I thought this greenhouse was going to help bring down my blood pressure and help my stress level....Now I am starting to worry that any plants I grow might spontaneously combust!!!!!
I may just have to dismantle it again, before the warmer weather arrives!!!!
