  • Success!!!!

    Last night had our first helping of CACA salad leaves & Rocket!!!
    This is the first "crop " from my first ever greenhouse!!!!
    I was sooooo proud!!!!
    Sad isn't it !!!!!

          More salad tonight!!!!!

          Think I will have to be a bit more patient for the toms/peppers/courgettes/cucumbers/aubergines/runner beans etc!!!!!
          Although I planted some radish the other day...so they should be along in a few weeks!!!!

                  Great isn't it,we only have 1 type to pick at the ,they over wintered in the grow barn,have been eating them a few weeks now,they always taste better than anyone else's

                      Congrats on your first harvest and no, it's not sad at all. I was equally excited when I harvested same salad leaves a couple of weeks ago.
                      Tried and Tested...but the results are inconclusive

                        They're about the size of Cadberry's Mini eggs - yummy!
                        Changing the subject, are you coming to the RHS show in Cardiff this weekend. Lots there for the enthusiast gardener!
