I am after some help and advice please.
I have had some young everlasting cauliflowers in my poly tunnel all winter until last week. Then I found quite a few that had been 'snipped' off about 1cm above soil level and completely gone as well as a few that had recently been snipped and were laying on the soil. Yesterday I found a pile of fresh cauliflower leaves over the entrance hole into one of the raised beds I have. I also found a young wallflower that had suffered similar treatment.
I have had 2 different types of rat/mouse traps loaded with peanut butter in the same area for a few weeks and not caught anything. Some separate poison has been eaten but nothing taken in the last 2 weeks when cauliflower damage happened.
Any idea as to what is causing the damage and importantly how to catch it/them would be greatly appreciated as I won't be able to grow anything in the tunnel at this rate!
