Hi all
I moved into my current home 3 years ago and the previous owner kindly left his greenhouse for me too which I wanted. In my first year after single-handedly producing South Manchester Tomato Festival unfortunately my growing came to an abrupt end after the birth of my first child. Two years down the line and it still lies barren so basically I'm looking to give it away (for free) to anyone prepared to come and safely take the thing down, take it away and make some use of it. It is in good condition, and is of a metal and glass construction (no broken panes), it has a couple of openable windows and also a sliding door which works fine.
Most of the metal structure is in good condition with nothing bent and from what I can see the screws and fittings are in good condition and not overly corroded. It is currently on a concrete bed but I can't see that it's fixed in in any way so it should just be sat on it.
It is approximately 230cm (L) x 193 (W) x 200cm (H).
The only deal is that you need to be competent and capable of taking the thing down safely, be able to transport it yourself and also not make me feel guilty for sitting in my lounge drinking tea while you get on with it.
I'm in the South West Manchester area near to the Trafford Centre.
If you fit the bill and are interested and can come reasonably quickly then please email me at kurbryan@gmail.com - I can provide a couple of photo's too.
Happy growing!
Chris
