Has anyone got one of these two chimney jobbies.
I have a one chimney one which is great but the double one seems to be a nightmare.
New out of the box so it's clean but the flame won't stay low and it actually started burning below the mesh (only slightly worrying! ).
I'd send it back but I got it a while back and have only starting using it today.
I can see me getting another one chimney one at this rate!
    Any tips anyone?

Had various parafin heaters over the years and it's all down to having the wicks trimmed, either with a pair of sharp sissors or if it's a round tube wick buying the manufacturers trimmer ring thingy.
Have you tried looking up "wick trimming" on youtube, sometimes people put that kind of stuff on there.

Yup done that, it's the fact it's burning it's way past the flame guard with alarms me. The flame nearly hit the tank which could have been a bit of a disaster. Worryingly most of the customer reviews say the same ...........

E-mail the manufacturers or the supplier. They should take this very seriously.
