    Looks really good, Gordon
Is that the name of the manufacturer above the door? its always useful to know who it was, in case you need spares. You may find assembly instructions online too.

I got my entire 10 x 8 greenhouse, glass and all, dismantled completely......in a Toyota Yaris.

When I turned up to pick it up, the woman said "you'll NEVER get it in THAT"

      Oh how I laughed !!!!

Thanks for all the tips, they were really helpful. In the end It took the two of us about 3 hours and we only broke 2 panes of glass.

You can buy replacement glass from any glaziers. Ask for horticultural or greenhouse glass as its cheaper than window glass.

If you have any batten timber and sheet (OSB,marine ply, MDF) it's handy to make up an angled glazing rack for transporting and storing panes. Something along the lines of the racks that large commercial construction sites receive their deliveries by crane but scaled down.

Unless it's single-paned, then panes are up to 610mm x 610mm (2ftx2ft in the archaic)

To help ID it, the Halls popular greenhouses will have number stamps on the structural members.

There are different sizes of W Clips, installing the wrong size can put too much force on part of the pane and cause breakage, so take a sample with you when getting spares..
