best place to get greenhouse glass panes

i am in need of 5 new panes for greenhouse where do you lot recommend ?.

I buy mine from a glazier! Sometimes you can pick them up on Freecycle/Freegle.

I get mine from a local glazing firm, the old boys on the allotment recommended them, reasonably priced and they cut to size and carry to the car.

I have seen 2nd hand on evilbay, usually collect locally.

Freecycle is a good call too, tho you might have to dismantle and remove a greenhouse!

Think you will find they are the nearest glass cutters to you, though there is one in Mansfield but I haven't used them.

If you have an allotment ask on your site. Most people with greenhouses will know the best local place.

Remember to measure the exact size you require. Don'tbe fobbed off with 600mm x 600mm if it is 2ft x 2ft you need 2ft x 2ft is 610mm x610mm but do check that for yourself

^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Good advice AP. The place I recommended is just down the road from him, and they cut to size whilst you wait. Well they do for me anyway.
