I would think if its windy then no, the movement of cool outside air across the surface will increase temperature loss

well after the last two frosty nights and a load of hassle setting the paraffin heater just ordered a 3ft tube heater give this a go hopefully flick of the switch will take all the away all the hassle or all change again next season but I will not be beat
