We have a few retired gents on the site who have Parkray stoves in their greenhouses. They are at the plot every day and keep the stove going with scrap wood. It holds enough heat in the grenhouse to keep overnight frosts at bay but needs re-lighting every day.

An acquaintance has just bought a new house. well new to him. Cutting down the jungle which the back garden had turned into he came across some brick foundations for an 8ft x 12ft green house. He gave me a ring because he couldn't figure out the large pipes in the base.

I popped round and found an old Beeston kitchen boiler set down in the floor attached to 4" cast iron pipes that ran full circle of the GH. We topped it up with water, made a temporary chimney and fired it, worked perfect.

His new GH will be delivered next week ...........lucky so and so.
