Hi All,
I have been having issues with growing chilli from seed, they came up far too leggy in the house so my next plan was to germinate in the windowsill then transfer to a heated propagator in the GH.
But I am worried the propagator will not be able to heat the seeds enough if the GH is too cold, I wanted them in the GH for the light more than anything, currently the GH is heated at night on a timer that's about it just to keep it from frosting inside.
I don't have grow lights and don't really want them as I would rather not run them all day.
My question is should I only use the heated propagator inside or can it stay in the GH or should I wait a month or so until the weather is warm enough?
This is my first year growing so I may be being a little too keen and have started too early?
Cheers,
Bobby
