I split an auricula earlier this year and am wondering if i can safely leave them in my unheated greenhouse over winter, or would it be safer to bring them into a cool windowsill in the house. I've not had anything overwinter in the greenhouse yet as it's new. What extra cover can you give things in the greenhouse if i do leave other plants there.

You can protect greenhouse plants with fleece. £land are knocking it out in 6m lengths.

Which ever type of auriculas you have got, they will stand any amount of cold our weather can throw at them. Its winter wet that they won't stand. I have got border auriculas in the garden now with panes of glass over the top to stop them getting rained on (bless ). It doesn't matter what temperature.
If you have The Show Auriculas then these never want to be outside but can be in a cold frame or lean too greenhouse where you can open the lid but stop them getting rained on.
