Congratulations Marie, it's so exciting getting a new greenhouse (especially one like that ). Ours is on a solid concrete base from a previous shed so everything's grown in containers.
Bits of kit I'd recommend are auto vent for top and side and most of all a potting tray. Something like this

Thank you everyone. I agree, I'm very lucky. My husband has spent a good chunk of his early retirement pay off on me. He's got zero interest in a greenhouse and gardening although he does like eating the veg that is grown although has requested less runner beans this year

One thing I don't understand with these potting trays - doesn't the soil/compost dry out if you leave it uncovered like that in the greenhouse. I see this on shows like Beechgrove and wonder at that. I do like the idea that it is sitting there ready to use though. At the moment it is a faff to get the compost out of the garage.
LOVE growing food to eat in my little town back garden. Winter update: currently growing overwintering onions, carrots, lettuce, chard, salad leaves, kale, cabbage, radish, beetroot, garlic, broccoli raab, some herbs.

Yes, the compost may dry out but it's nothing that a spray of water won't cure.

As BM says or scoop it back into the bag until next time. Trays are great to keep the compost from going everywhere and to keep a few small tools and seed packets to hand while you're working.

I use an old washing up bowl when I'm potting up and a trug with a bag of compost under the bench for topping up the bowl.
