Hi just got a new gh just need to think about what to plant this time of yr

I'm going to put some lettuce in this weekend - there are a few varieties that can grow quite well through the winter in a GH
broad beans will probably get chucked in to some buckets in the gh too

you could also potentially look at onions and garlic as candidates to go in

Quite a few of the Chinese veg, pak choi, mitzuna, various mustards for stir fry all do well in the winter greenhouse. Also cress, rocket and certain hardy spinach varieties.

Try seeds of Italy's Quattro Stagioni ( 4 seasons) salad leaf mix, if you can get a packet.
